I've just received a new Studio 1537 with the WXGA LED display and I can't seem to find the setting to auto adjust the LCD brightness in the Power Options. For that matter I can't even find the settings in the bios either. Can someone with a 1537 point me in the right direction please. BTW, I have the ATI card installed.

On your keyboard there is a key labeled "FN" press and hold that while tapping the up or down arrow keys ;)

I know you can use the FN keys, as you can in most laptops, but there's a default setting for battery and AC LCD brightness on my XPS M1530 which you can set either in the bios or in the Power Options but there doesn't seem to be on the studio.

Oh perhaps the studio 15 is like most notebooks. I don't think there is any other way to change the brightness without FN. Your XPS must have a special feature for this made by DELL.
