Hi!, I have a Studio 15 with an ATI card and I don't found the "adjust the display brightness" option in Power Settings of Vista.

In my Dell M1330 I can see that option. Anyone know what the difference could be? Both machines have Vista Home Premium.

    Thanks a lot!!

Just use the "FN" key + up arrow or down arrow. If you want to set default brightness, then you can change it in the Bios.

Yes, I have Dell recommended power settings installed.

And yes, I can change it in BIOS but I hope it could be change from Vista cause the computer is not for me and is not so easy to a common PC user to enter in BIOS if decides he needs to change the brightness level.

By the way, the strange thing is the notebook came with brightness level in 6 for AC, and 11 for battery

    Anyway, thank you!
