I purchased a refurbished Dell Studio 17 laptop today from Dell Outlet. I know if you buy one new, you can add Sprint WWAN, but can this feature be added to a refurbished model at a later date? Thanks :)

That's great news. Thanks. I have an Inspiron 1420 with the Sprint module. From what I've read, it looks like it's compatible with the Studio 17. All I will need to do is swap them out. Saves me about $150!

Does anyone know where these modules are available from, or perhaps even a part number? I have a Studio 1535 and would like to perform the same upgrade.

    Cheers
