    My d620 came with a 1 GB stick of 667 MHz RAM and I just ordered another 1 GB stick of G.Skill DDR2 PC2 5400 RAM from Newegg.com ->

    Will this work okay? Will I be able to run in dual channel mode? I'm not sure if Dell uses 5300 or 5400. Will it matter? Thanks.

    EDIT: Sorry, link has been fixed.

    Dead link, Brett...

    It should be fine after asking similar questions yesterday.

    I did not realize that there were only 2 memory slots. I got thrown off when it said that there was a capacity for 4 GBs. I thought there were 4. I don't want to take the keyboard off to get to the stick.
