    Can the internal wireless card be added/changed in a Latitude D810?

    I am considering buying a refurb D810, but some do not come with wireless cards.

    Yes. Just to list a few, the Intel 2200 would work, or the 2915 Intel card would work. (2915 is preffered due to the issues with the 2200.)
