    so i got my m1330 a while back when they first came out w/a t7300 cpu
    well the other day while me and my girl where doing our late nite activities, we kinda rolled off the bed and smashed my 1330..lol aka bent the base skrewed up the screen, called dell and within 15 min i was setup for a replacement, which is arriving tomarrow..i just checked order status and to my pleasant surprise they're giving me a t9300 2.5ghz chip :)

    -Wow, an actually good Dell service report. Usually when you read them on here they end up in disaster. lol. Good for you that your getting the new Penryn chip! Hey, thats probably the best way to smash your laptop at least!

    If you read Clause 4 of Section C in the Accidental Damage Policy you will indeed spot the reference to 'Late Night Activities' in the small print.

    ...

    Is it something you can buy after you've brought your Dell?
    I went for 3 yrs warranty but the end total was already 2600 pounds so I left accidental cover :(

    If I could buy it in a few months then I would...

    I don't know if you can still purchase Accidental after you've purchased the laptop. I do know that when your warranty is coming to an end, dell will sometimes send you a warranty renewal option.

    yeah shes pretty crazy, but idk if she tops your mom. ha ha ha
    anyways new laptop kicks ass..can deff feel the extra speed, and its nice to get a new machine after 6 mo..clean all around, hinges are nice and tight, but strangely they still havent fixed the bent base!

    well i got the machine..sure enough base was bent! and speake bezel warped..called them up and they upgraded me to a 200gb 7200rpm HD and 3gb ram :) dell keeps it rockin

    i dunno, i didnt really try hard i just asked for it..and the rep randomly tossed in more ram lol

    the crazy thing is i just checked on the order online through dell's website and office 2007 i included too ~ valued @ 399 0_0

    Is it possible to purchase the insurance after the laptop, I have a m1530 and would like to buy some insurance, how much is it?
