    About to talk to a Dell Rep...

    When I first ordered my laptop, the ESD was actually 8/24. When I got my confirmation email, that date quickly changed into ESD 8/30 with an arriving date of 9/4-9/6. I really need this laptop before school starts and want to know if I can somehow get them to give me free next business day shipping.

    Any suggestions on how to get this?

    Also, will the asking for Windows Vista Home Premium work?

    They will surely upgrade you to next day business but still might not make your school start date

    Its only been a few days since I ordered, its just that I want to know why its going to be over a month. I got my router 4 days after I ordered!

    From what I've browsed around here, they do tend to do that a lot. Mine is currently in the boxing stage right now actually.
