Because the XPS L502X(I5-2540) Model, Dell has a problems can't be fix. So, Dell free upgrade to alienware 14X. But after receive Dell not give me a new invoice(alienware 14X).

I ask dell support, her say: 'you just keep the packing slip, will be ok. we not able to give your new invoice(alienware 14x).'

So, I want to known that ok or not ?

why dell not give me a new invoice ?

very hope, has a user tell me. many thanks.
