Dammit. I've been dying to get my hands on my new Vostro 1500. Immediately after I ordered (not even 30 minutes later), I called back and changed the shipping address. I called twice to confirm this before they shipped it, even before it hit production as well.
Now, it finally gets delivered today. But to the wrong address. I mean, seriously, how the hell do they manage to forget to ship to the new address after I called to confirm, and they said it was alright. It was originally the same as the billing address, then I changed it.
They even refuse to reimburse me to have it shipped here, so I have to pay for it out of my own pocket. This is ridiculous. Dell sucks. I'm tempted to return the laptop out of spite and just go for a Compal or something.
What's the best method to ship a Vostro 1500 from Toronto to Montreal? Preferably something with weekend service, or next day delivery on weekends, since we are now approaching Friday. Xpresspost will apparently cost just under $20 insured, and it says 1 business day, but do they ship on weekends with that service?

you called, you changed the address and they confirmed it, they shipped it to the wrong address so they have to pay.
either take this up with a higher person in dell or return the laptop
no express service delivers on the weekends -
usps express overnight delivers on weekends.

cross the border and have it deliver to a PO box?
