This is a dumb question, but... does anyone know if all dell pa-10/pa-12 adapters will work for the d620. I just bought a refurb and I wanted to get a second adapter from ebay. I usually buy used adapters, but I don't see any specifically for the d620. Hence, I was wondering if I could just get an adapter for the d610 or d600.

By the way, there are some great deals thru the outlet on latitudes lately. They are sending out 15% off coupons. I got the t2500, nvidia, xp pro, 60gb/1gb and more for just $820. Coming from an i5100, i love it!!

    Thanks for any help

The Dell D620 uses the adapter with a round insert 65 Watt adapter. The same adapter for the Dell Inspiron 6000 and my wife's old Latitude works.

Yes, the PA-10 works great. I just bought a D620 through the outlet, also, with the 15% off coupon, and got a 1.83 CPU, 1GB RAM, 80GB HDD, 3945 wireless and an air/auto adapter for $747. Just got it on Thursday...nice unit. I also get my ac adapters on ebay, and had gotten a lot of 5 PA-10's for like $10 each, and they work great on the D620.

    Good luck!

Thanks for the update. You must be pretty mobile if you need 5 adapters. Anyways, it seems like outlet pricing is pretty random. The prices for similar specs seem to vary from hour to hour. Mine also had the auto/air adapter, which should come in handy for international flights. Anyways, I am quite happy with this laptop for the money.
