I have been trying some configurations on the Australian website, and on some systems if you order the T8300 a 90W adaptor is automaticallyselected. For other systems a 65W AC adaptor is included.

I thought the AC Adaptor power would be more dependent on whether you order integrated or dedicated graphics.

If you have one, what adaptor did you get with your T8300 and do you have integrated or dedicated graphics?

    Hi I have a 8600M GT, and the T8300

I have the enormous 90W adaptor, as that's apparently the only one that can handle the system. Dell say the lower voltage adaptor isn't recognised by the BIOS sometimes, and may cause problems. I specifically asked for the 65W adaptor,as it's smaller, but Dell refused.

Have been looking everywhere for a smaller adaptor which works, but no luck. Ah well, it's only a bit bigger..
