is it possible to prgram theese buttons, or any button for that matter, to change iTunes settings while im in another program? for example i could be playing cs and if i wanted to skip a track i could jsut press the little arrows instead of having to minimize the whole program.

    thanks everyone peace out

Usually, those buttons work with iTunes by default. There is a way to change them, but I can't give you any details without having the computer in front of me(I don't own one - I've done it on my gf's computer). Maybe somebody else will be able to give you better help
