    After being in the dreaded "build" phase for over two weeks now, and after talking to a dell rep the other day who said there is a good chance my laptop will be delayed... I decided to phone up dell and check on my order... after listening to there devislish taunts of telling me to write down this important information and telling me how to repeat it as many times as I choose... "Your dell laptop is now in the .....Boxing stage"....
