    Hi guys,
I'm about to receive a m1330 (Factory Outlet). If I didn't like it, is is possible to exchange it with another dell notebook, for example inspiron 1420 during the 21 days satisfaction policy and not to pay the shipping fee to send it back.

I think you would have to return it for a refund, then place a new order. My understanding is that the 21 day policy will only pertain to the exact same system.

you can not do an "exchange" they will only due "like to like" which mean a 1330 for a 1330. they will not let you do anything else.. you 100% would have to do a full refund and then re-order what you wanted to.. worst case when it arrives if they try to charge you shipping/restocking fees .. call back and come up with something that is now wrong with it... then they will take it back with 0 issues
