Somehow my processor became underclocked down to 600mhz frequency. Its not speedstep, its actually underclocked itself and I cant get the bios to get the right speed because dell locks those options out. I've tried flashing the bios to a few different versions and nothing works, it always says 600mhz.

Anyone have any suggestions, or do i have to spend 4 hours on the phone with someone in new dehli explaining to them that its not speedstep and changing the power options doesnt have anything to do with, or fix, the problem so that i can send in my laptop in and get it fixed?
