If you live in a hot area get one. 90 F will make the notebook overheat

You may want to read through the cooling guide. A cooler is always helpful, but not necessary. Heat will eventually destroy electronics, so keeping things breathing and ventilated will prolong the life of your notebook.

It gets to the 90's F in the summer where I live, but I don't plan on using it outside. I usually keep the place in the 60's-70's F depending on the time of year. Think I should get a cooling pad?
