    Hey all,

    I've been given an estimated delivery date of the 5th of October (this Friday), but according to order status, I'm still in pre-production! I ordered it over a week ago (Monday 24th September) and I've heard nothing from dell, and my EDD is still the same.

    Im aware that in the UK usually they rush you onto shipment really fast from pre-production, but if it hasn't budged by tommorow then im starting to get worried.

    Is this normal? Should I contact Dell?

    For me it changed from Pre-production to dispatched in 1 day.

    same with me too... It went from pre-production to dispatched in a day (twice!!!)

    Well, ive just rechecked my order status and it says im now in production!

    However, it says I went into it last Tuesday, but its only just changed now! So I could be in delivery prepration or anything now!

    Things are looking up! Horray! I can't wait!
