My m1530 finally came after three weeks but there are a few problems with it..

    1) The keyboard..manual is in FRENCH
    2) Dead pixel near the right edge of the screen
    3) A few troubles with shutting down (I got BSOD)

Dont get me wrong folks, this is a great computer..just a few problems.

    Heres my question:
If i send it back in to get a new one, do I have to send this current in to dell first? I really need it for work now and I dont have another computer to work on. It is critical that I have a computer for the next few months!

Has anyone experienced the process of sending it back in?

    Thanks,

    Brian

Yes. Call them and explain the deficiencies. They will build and send you a new one. Once that arrives you send a system back...simple as that.

They will even arrange for the return system pickup and courier.
