So I see here that people like pictures of computers (who woulda thunk). :D

I decided to take some time and take some nicer pictures of my Vostro. I am a naturally an artistic photographer, so product photography is sorta new to me. Oh well, I tried.

Behind the scenes! I don't have fancy lighting equipment.

That is pretty horrible use of bokeh. Did you just get a DSLR or something?

No, I've had mine for a while; I was using my 50mm f1.8 lens. The depth of field with the lens is very narrow. I agree, it could be much wider, but eh. That and I was trying to avoid ISO400.

Yeah man, your DOF was way too narrow, except on the third one, which is neat.

With a Digital Rebel XT, I'm sure you'll be able to do better in the future

    Hi Ocellaris.

Do you keep reef coral tanks? Ocellaris is the species of 'nemo' ;)

I keep several coral/fish tanks myself.
