    Duffy.

Did you buy a warranty or are you still within the 21 days or initial 1 year warranty?

I have no intention of being mean at all when I suggest that you call Dell and possibly your ISP (for the Outlook Express issue) and have a list of all your questions ready to ask. I would also gently suggest you look on the Microsoft Help and Support site. They also have newsgroups specifically for Outlook Express issues from the Microsoft site, which you can find at the top of your browser clicking on Help.

These are only suggestions becase you seem to have alot of questions (specifically with OE and your email) and somne of thes might help.

first, what outlook problem? i just read this thread twice and there's no mention of an outlook problem

second, the 6000 doesn't have a drive bay option for a 2nd battery (like the 600m). you can buy a 9 cel battery, but you have to swap them out, the drive is fixed, there is no "media bay"
