Dell Inspiron 9400 on Windows 7

Ok system crashed last night now only getting a BSOD from nvlddmkm.sys.

I can get into safe mode then uninstall the NVidia 7900gs and reboot into normal mode. I install any 7900 Driver and system goes back to BSOD.

On the Dell Startup screen before the OS boots the screen is already distorted.
I have ran the dell diagnostic tool from the start menu and no errors show up.
Also Flashed the BIOS and still no joy

Any ideas on how to determine if the PCIE Card is gone ?
I cannot use an external screen as I am always out of range on any screen I try.
I am worried about sourcing a new card if issue is with the system board.

Shot of the boot screen below. The screen should be black but I have loads of blue boxes on it.
