hi all. i recently got my 9300 in the mail and asked them to send me the driver disks. i formatted my laptop and reinstalled everything i could from the website. however, i cant seem to find the drivers for my usb2. and there is also 1 pci device that is unrecognized. would anyone happen to have any idea where to get the last usb2 driver and pci device driver? i tried looking on dell's website and couldnt find it.

    thanks

I guess i didnt understand if you received the drivers disk yet or not?......(Im sure you already tried) but make sure the devices are "enabled" or whatever in (Device Manager),I never seen them not be though so thats just speculation....Let me guess, XP PRO?
Well if none of that helps...this bump for your topic might. Good Luck.

I had the same problem. No matter what drivers I downloaded and installed, PCI remained my problem. I had to wait until the driver CD arrived, but that solved my problem.

I got 3 CDs from Dell...the OS, drivers, and extra software. I installed the OS first, then copied the drivers folder from the driver CD over to my HDD. Some of them autodetected the new drivers. Forthe ones that didn't, I went to the hardware manager, told it where to look for the driver, and let it do all the work [ :D]

i upgraded my os from win xp sp1 to sp2.
    that fixed my problems.
    kinda...

however if you got the disk to work, what did you install from it?
