Sooo im about to buy a dell 9300! my question is when i go and customize my 9300 i see that adding 1GB of ram cost like 125$ to much for me soo i went to click the 512mb one soo i can add another 512 bought from newegg.com! BUT my question is it says that its DUAL CHANNEL 512MB 2 DIMM (this is the lowest choice from DELL.com) does that mean it comes with 2x 256MB sticks or ONE 512MB stick?? It would be a waste buying a 512MB stick of ram from newegg.com if it came with 2x 256MB sticks.

It's most definitely two sticks of 256mb. You could either get the dell upgrade, two 512 sticks from newegg, or 1gig from new egg. I'd say get the 1 gig from newegg, so you can upgrade to 2gig later.
