    Dell 9100 windows XP
I just got a new 9100. Can someone tell me why do I have a white background in every page in every website. I will have a small block original background color only around the title of the page. The text is also overlaping and at times some of it is missing. The pictures are perfect.
Please lead me in the right direction.
    Thanks.
