Does anyone know yet if the 9-cell battery will stick out of the M1530 like it does on the M1330?

It probably will..unless battery technology has improved alot and the cells are now able to be compressed into smaller units =P

I would assume so... I'm pretty sure most laptops are designed now a days to fit as powerful a battery as they can without jetting out of the case, and then offer a larger/stronger battery that does stick out, to people who are willing to sacrifice some size/weight.

Plus, thats the case with the 1520, 1530, 1330, 1210, 1720, etc... so i dont see why it would change now.

Alright, thanks, I'll probably just stick with the 6-cell then.

After some research, I have found that it doesn't stick out the same as the 1330. It sticks out similar to the 1520's 9 cell...
