Hey Guys
I am just wondering how many charges do you recon this battery can take?
I am charging it once maybe twice a day, and a bit worried it might go caput in less than a year.
And they are so expensive to buy.
Thanks

look over some of these links. your battery should be the last thing to go bad if you know exactly how to treat it (which most people don't). batteries from thunder power (different applications) discharge at a rate of 20 times their capacity. that is way more than a laptop battery discharges and they are guaranteed for i think 2000 charges.....that means if you get under that many theyll send you a new one....and they obviously leave a safety cushion. lithium batteries last as long as you know the technology. -
Most lithium ion battery has a 200-500 charging cycle before the capacity goes below 50%. Some manufacturer claims 1000x recharging, but they are not telling you how much capacity you'll get. The batteries of my last 2 laptops (same battery technology) ran down below 50% capacity after ~300 discharge/charge cycle.

aH cool thanks.
How do you know how much capacity your battery has,
WIll it only show in the battery icon half, or will it only last half as long.
Is there a way of telling. if your battery is wearing down and you might need a new one soon ,
Nice one -
