Get a program called NiBiTor 3.6.

When you've opened it, go to Tools -> Read Bios -> Select Device -> 8600m GT

Then Go to Tools -> Read Bios -> Read into File

Then send me the .rom file it saves.

    Thanks!

So these are bios that unlocked you 8600m GT so that you can now OC at will?

Or these are just default bios?

Was thinking it might be time to OC, but I'm so damn lazy to start playing with stuff LOL.

    Its just the default BIOS.

Use Rivatuner to overclock and get the latest laptopvideo2go modified drivers. I use 169.09 currently, and they are great.

I wanted to investigate a little deeper into that 8600M GT stuttering issue and therefore wanted to see what GFX Bios loosk like, so I got that NiBiTor 3.9 tool and dumped my BIOS to a file. Compared to those appended in thread, it seemed a little small with only 19KB compared to 58KB posted by Soulburner. Also NiBiTor said it can't read the file it generated and told me to select which card I think this is. Then the error message "Data position/length out of data bounds" came up.

I'm running a G1s. Has anyone experienced something similiar or would someone mind to try that tool and see if it can dump and read his G1s GFX Bios correctly?
