I got a Dell 8600 and it is a little bit hotter than I would have liked. I would like to modify the cooling to make it, well, cooler, without using up extra power. I am willing to get inside and replace fans/heatsinks or whatever but need some input to know what to find. I want the device to be internal, external devices are too cumbersome for me. Thank you.

Oh, I am willing to sacrifice noise, but would prefer a passive system.
