    with those clocks it may well be a 8600GT...dell can skrew up sometimes u know...and yes it could be drivers

    I ordered both graphics card and motherboard from ebay. Its possible that the wrong one was shipped.

    Is there a specific way to identify?

    download everest...just search it on google...download that and see wut it says ur GPU is...
