I did a fresh install because I was having a flicker problem. I realized it had something to do with the driver but I'm unsure of how to straighten the problem out.

For starters under 'display adapters' I have Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME Graphics Controller listed twice. When I uninstalled both one showed as a Video Controller and the other as a Video Controller (VGA).

And, my last issue is with trying to figure out what "Mass Storage Controller" is and how I solve that issue.

    Any help will be appreciated.

Did you try Windows Update? Or downloading the latest drivers from Dell.

If I were you... I'd try and chat with dell online. They also have this new thing called tech direct. They can acess your computer over the internet. And take complete controll and fix the problem. That was announced at dells CES at Las Vegas. You could try that out. It has a 99% sucess rate.

zazonz, I fixed the first problem with the Mass Storage Controller.. ..even with the SD Card drivers installed for some reason it wouldn't take until after the 2nd or 3rd attempt. And, disabling the second video controller took care of the flicker problem I had with each restart..

jasonck08.. I guess later on down the line I'll use Dell Support to figure out what that second video controller is there for but outside of that everything is okay and running smoothly.

    Thanks!
