Something is wrong with my 700M. When I plug in USB 2.0 devices into the USB port, windows comes out and say... that my 2.0 device would run faster in USB 2.0 port. I though the 700M has USB 2.0 port? What gives? Something wrong with the driver?

maybe you want to go into Device Manager and remove the entries for Universal Serial Bus controllers, reboot and let windows detect and reinstall them --

How about letting Windows Update look for a new driver or the latest on Dell's website.

I tried deleting all the USB hub and driver from system... refresh, and reinstall... no go...

I went to Dell Support, download the driver reset tool... still no go... :(
