    Hey guys,

The left mouse button on my 640m just got busted. (don't know how it happened, but there's some paint that's come off on the button, so I'm guessing something was dropped on it)

I've had this laptop for almost 2 years. The 1 year warranty on this laptop is over. But since I purchased it using a visa card, the warranty should be 2 years instead of 1, so I still have 2 months left before my warranty runs out. Does anyone know if fixing the mechanism underneath the mouse button that holds the key up, i.e. a spring, is covered by the extended warranty provided by visa? (This is more like accidental damage; I doubt the key got busted by itself.)

And if visa does cover this, how do I go about requesting a repair? Do I just tell the csr on the phone that the laptop was purchased from a visa card and that the warranty should be 2 years? Could I also request a replacement lcd screen since I got the grainy type? And a cleaning of the insides of the keyboard, i.e. removing the dust beneath the keys?

    Thanks in advance guys!
