I want to upgrade the processor in my laptop to a T7200 and then take the old one and upgrade the daughter's core duo yonah 2300 to the 5600 core 2 duo from my computer.

My computer has the A11 BIOS, my daughter's the A10. The Dell website suggests that A10 is the latest, but I know better from my own experience.

How can I upgrade the daughter's BIOS to A11?

    TIA,

    Ed

IF there is a A11 version for it I certainly cant find it.

Are you sure yours is the A11 bios or a different spec pc then hers?
