    hi!

my volume control is completely broken on my 6400... what should I do?

the 'quick access' buttons near the touchpad do not work, the fn-page up/down combo does not work and the volume control on my external keyboard does not work... any help?

I can hear fine and adjust volume via taskbar, but buttons that should raise/lower/mute volume do not work.

    thanks

lol sorry i was just messing wit ya.... lol you seemed so panicky in ur post anyway..... the only thing i could think of right now is to update your dell quickset software and make sure it's running in the background. I beleive that this should fix it since ur thiing lights up when you click on it...

    g'luck
