    6400 freezes for a few seconds ever 10/15 mins

    As thrwad title says, every 10/15 minuts my 6400 freezes up for bout 5 seconds and it's really annoying me :(

    Did you clean out the notebook's crapware when you got the PC? Also, have you recently run a virus scan? What was the last program you installed before the issue started, or has this issue been here since the day you got the notebook?

    Did a system restore for the 2nd april which was when the problems started, and when I installed The Sims!
