    6400 Service Tag

    My 6400 recently got a new motherboard and the service tag doesnt match anymore. I tried using the asset.exe program but I keep getting the error :
    Error: Cannot change the service tag.
    Please ensure the tag is in the correct format, and the setup password is disabled.

    any more ideas?
