    Hi there everyone

Wondering if anyone can shed some light - looking at the battery I notice that there is a indicator of some sort with 5 round "displays".

Is this suppose to light up when charging?

It appears that it does not do anything!

lol, yes... In fact they are diagnostics leds. You can verify that you have a bad battery by pressing that button... If you get three lights not consecutive, that means that the battery is deffective... If they are consecutive as drumfu mentioned then it shows the amount of charge you have on the battery.
