How is the mdeia direct on the 630m different than the M140? is it just that the M140 can boot directly into it while the 630m has to boot windows first?

I thought they were the same. The only difference between the M140 and the 630m is how they are marketed, but the software and partitions should have the same setup.

That's what I thought too, but I made a thread a couple days ago comparing the two and someone said that If I got the 630m then I wouldn't get the mediadirect, then when I asked for clarification someone implied that with the 630m you had to boot windows first wheras you didn't with the M140.

Hmm, that really doesn't make any sense. Although, I don't have a 630, so I can't really tell you. The only reason that I can see as to why the two would be different is because the 630m is on the business site, and they might take out the Media Direct option (but I highly doubt they would).

If they did then they would post it on the site, since there's nothing that says otherwise I'll just assume they're the same.

By the way, where can you find the coupons ont the Dell site?

Which coupons? Dell normally doesn't post coupons directly on thier site, and they rarely issue coupons for the XPS series.

Oh ok, so they're not actually on the site. I asked becasue I've heard a lot of people on these forums saying that they can get some prety good deals with them and I wasn't sure where they were.
