Hi, my 600M power slot is loose so it wont charge. i tried soldering it but only to have it become loose again, so im looking for an alternative to other than replacing the motherboard which isnt worth it considering the cost over getting a new budget laptop.

I am inquiring about the port replicator/dock and was wondering if 600m could be charged that way some how. If it can, can anyone recommend a model/make of a port replicator/dock or just link it to the correct one on dell.com

    thanks
