I posted this same question on the general forum not knowing there was a specific Dell one, so am posting this here too......

I am confused about whether to get the 6000 or the 600M from Dell. Can anyone please tell me what the pros/cons are of the two...to my untrained eye, they look almost identical (specs wise lol.... physically I love the look of the 6000!!!).....

I do play games now and then, so I do need some kind of graphics card (dunno if that's the right phrase?!)...will the 6000 (with its default video card)be able to handle games like medal of honor? also, I heard the 600M heats up? is that an issue that I should consider?I also heard that it will be discontinued in summer of 05?

Kindly let me know which of these two is the better machine?I plan on keeping it for sometime so am not really worried about it getting outdated.
