Does anyone know anything about whether the Dell 6000's integrated graphics can be upgraded?

I had been all set to buy the gateway M460XL, but the outstanding pricing on the 6000 is forcing me to reconsider. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    M460XL drawbacks - 2x256 mb chips, no bluetooth, price, it's a gateway

Integrated graphics can never be upgraded, they are much lower performance than dedicated graphics because they have to share the system memory and bus for graphics functions; manufacturers used integrated graphics to cut corners in both the design and cost of notebooks, that's one of the reasons that that notebook is cheaper. However 99% of even dedicated graphics cards in notebooks are NOT upgradeable either, pretty much you need to buy your notebook with the video you really need as there are only a few that can be upgraded, and that is only done by sending it back to the manufacturer and are not user upgradeable.
