I made a new thread on this subject because the Dell page loads but the Driver support page doesn't. This is really annoying me. Trying to get into the Dell Drivers page and it always brings me to a page that says "500 - Server Processing Error." A couple times the Driver support page loaded, but when I went to choose the system, that error came up again. Tomorrow, Dell CSR gonna get a call from me.

It can't be my browser because I tried it at several computers at home, at work and my phone browser. Dell, fix your **** servers!

I just tried and I can download drivers from the main DELL support site. Which notebook model/driver are you trying to download ?

Very very weird.. it's still not working (I'm at home now). I'm trying to download all the latest drivers for an XPS One that I'm going to do a clean install on. It's actually a pretty nicely built system. Not bad for $608 from the outlet store, it looks brand new.

You know what happened, Dell updated in the last weeks to a new version of the support site, and there might be something wrong with your ISP or with your DNS because I can browse it fine, and I work I use it all the day and I have no problems with it.

when I am using Dell support Center and I ask a question about a problem they ask for symptoms. I receintly got to the point and pressed the answer: I have a problem with my printer, waiting for help and I always get 500-server processing error. On other sites when I am told to press a choice to continue my browser tells me error and I don't get redirected. What is this? Thanks
