    After dealing with Dell CS, I really don't feel that sorry for them. Call me crazy.

    This could only mean more outsourcing lol.

    In the UK, the business CS closes between 1pm-2pm and finishes at 4:30pm.

    That means it you are a consumer buying from the business site (a vostro etc), you ll have a hard time trying to reach them for service!
