    Horrah! After I complained about having a wobbly screen due to a bad technician, a nice dell rep decided to exchange my entire system for a new one.

    That's service.

    Um...your gonna wanna be sure. Dell policy, and it is written, is that any exchanges outside the 30 days, are refurbished systems and parts. They have bent this rule but its like puling teeth.

    Im not saying you will receive anything other than a great system but rather, just advising as to policy.

    Please advise on receipt.
