    5 days before it gets to canada?!

    my laptop shipped out last friday apparently, and i called purolator yesterday and she said it would be the end of the week before the laptop was even in canada! :( do you think that is true? i have ground shipping

    It takes two days to get from Texas to Canada typically. Mine left texas on Sunday afternoon and arrived Wednesday. Purolater delivered it.

    They have no knowledge nor can they find anything out about its travel in the US. Sit back and relax...its coming at least.

    That's because the shipment is not in Purolator's hands until it enters Canada... after it ships from the US, another courier company is handling the shipment across the border. How can Purolator give you the status of a shipment that they don't even have??? Once they do have it in their hands, the online tracking information gets updated every time it gets scanned (usually as it goes from depot to depot until it's actually out for delivery to you).

    For the record, my order was shipped on 8/18 and Purolator received it in Canada yesterday 8/21. That means that yours should hopefully be across the border and in Purolator's hands today.... HOPEFULLY.
