    5 days and still in pre-production

    I ordered my M1530 on the 17th of Jan and it now the 22nd so 5 days later and my order is still in pre-production. I have phoned there automated line and it said my order is progressing :confused: Is normal ?

    If you are still in pre-production it is because your financing has not been approved/confirmed as of yet. The only thing required to move forward is the monetary issues for it to be changed to 'in production'

    O rite. My uncle ordered it for me through his business. So I hope he has paid.

    I have exactly the same problem! My bank account has not been touched however there are sufficient funds there to proceed. Could it be due to the fact I used the EPP scheme and they are verifying my address with my company?

    I ordered my inspiron on the same date an it says its already in Australia. Maybe yours is different cos its a XPS?

    But In UK they are made in Ireland so shoudl really take that long.
