    Hmm...

Dell is supposed to cut back on the amount of big coupons they give out this year, so when you score a 40% off or something similar, be sure to use it fast!

    Hey there,

So, you're trying to get the 40% coupon from DELL.
I have some good news for you. Although, I want to clarify for you that I don't have such a coupon but I came across with a better deal for you.
That coupon will only save you about 40% but if you configure a DELL notebook (let's say E1505) and your configuration hits US$ 2000 you can take US$ 750 off the price which would bring the price down using the coupon code that was posted here; but you've got to hurry cause it expires tomorrow morning (that's 37.5% off the price or about US$ 1250 without taxes and shipping charges). Besides this, you can also use a stacktable coupon that will take US$ 100 off in addition to the US$750 you'd already taken off :US$ 2000-750-100 = US$ 1150 without taxes and shipping charges.
That is about 42.5% off a US$ 2000 configured notebook that in the end is a better deal that only a 40% off coupon DELL is offering.

But you've got to act quickly cause I don't think it's going to last latter than tomorrow.

Coupon code for the US$750 off : Use code 1CS4WZBB5$LVSS to save $750 off any $1,999.00+ Dell Inspiron notebook. (valid 4/13/2006 12:00:00 AM - 4/20/2006 6:00:00 AM)

Coupon code for additional US$ 100 off: $100 coupon code: 43shs371z9m09r

After you apply the US$ 750 coupon, type in or paste the US$100 off coupon and it will work.

    Hope this helps.

I almost forgot to mention that NBR has a "Dell Coupons" section at the top of the page, so if you're hunting for a 40% off coupon, I'd keep a close eye on that. ;)

thanks, that $850 helps, but i want to configure it up to $2500 where the 40% off would be more beneficial.

now i understand that the codes are one time use, so...

If anyone has one that they aren't going to use, I would be extremely grateful if you could email it to me at [email protected]

    Thanks!

    Hey colombus57, thanks for the $100 coupon - that's one I didn't know about! :D

Talk about a simple act leading to significant positive outcome - you just saved me $100.00 cash, and no doubt many others as well! You should feel pretty proud of yourself for taking the simple effort to post a 15-digit string of numbers and letters, and thereby saving so many people all over the country (world?) a rather significant sum of much-needed cash. With the coupon, I downgraded my 2.0GHz to a 1.83GHz, added 2yr. warranty + Complete Care, and STILL saved money, along with my added peace of mind :)

I think I may be starting to gain some affection for Dell... amazing, isn't it? I just wish the Inspirons were nicer looking and the support was more personal and less of a huge pain at times.

Thats a ridiculous deal. You can also get nearly 50 bucks off if you go through sites like Fatwallet with their Fatcash. That mean it is nearly 900 bucks off.

Yeah, I actually used the two coupons on my $2050 e1505. Vdoggie posted the same coupon in another thread. This ended up being perfect for me because as columbus said, $850 off of $2000 is more than 40%. Thanks guys!

Today, the prices are much higher on E1705, than on the similar configuration yesterday. So, $850 does not help so much.

I will very appreciate, if anybody could share the own 40% coupon. My e-mail

    Thanks a lot,

I know on the e1505 the price went up because they stopped offering the free 1GB RAM and dou upgrade.
