Have I already mentioned that I absolutely LOVE Dell tech support?! Well anyways, because Dell "delayed" my order for 2 days, they gave me two $75 concession coupons. That means I can spend $150 on anything on the Dell Home website and won't have to pay a single penny. I chose to get some games to go with my "gaming" laptop. The games I chose so far are Battlefield 2, FEAR, Unreal Tournament 2004, Far Cry, and possibly Quake 4 if there is any money left over. They didn't have Oblivion on their site so I couldn't get that. This is great news! I was planning on getting games for my laptop, and now Dell has saved me $150! How can people hate Dell tech support when they are so kind and generous?!

That's sweet. I know Dell gave me one $75 coupon for not picking up a defective unit on time. They do try to make things right with the customer, which is respectable. :)
