    THE LAPTOP - E1705 1.83GHZ 2GB 667MHZ 7900GS+Dell driver 256MHZ TRUELIFE SCREEN HD 100GB 7200RPM

    THE TEST conditions -1. 1280x1024 no aa
    2. 1920x1280 aax2

    Results - 1. 3445
    2. 2659

    What do you think? I saw there were a people who got about 4000 in first test conditions, what's a trick?

    Hey, I got a similar setup to you and I get 3470 or so stock. Check the other folks processor speeds and whether or not they reformatted. Plus, look at other drivers and pick the one that looks the best. Some say Nvidia's, some like Dell's, some like more specialized ones etc. All of these can impact performance.

    Dell 9400 (XP Pro SP2, 2gb RAM) with dual pipe 7900GS overclocked to 460/760 and undervolted (3D) to 1V. Highest temp reached 79C @ full ATITool speed of AVG 488.

    Reached 4130 on 3DMARK06 (avergae of 2 runs) using latest driver from nVidia (mobile 7xxx).

    Running 1V to make system run cooler and battery last longer.
