I'm on the phone with my DELL rep ordering my computer. I asked him specifically to give me the part number LPLDF00 / XP059 for the LG 1440x900 screen.

He keeps reiterating that the only thing he can choose is 320-6078, which is a generic part number for that type of screen (as he told me and you all have posted here).

    My questions are...

    1) Is that the case?

    2) Should I call another department tomorrow (perhaps the one where you have already placed your order) and go into it further? Would that help?

    Thanks everyone!!!
